CONDITIONS	ACTION
Cancels because of visa refusal.	Full refund of unused fees.
Cancels 21 days or more before date of commencement.	Full refund of Tuition, OSHC, Airport Pick-up, and Homestay Placement fees.
Cancellation less than 21 days before the date of commencement, but before the date of commencement.	80% of the Tuition fees will be refunded.
Cancels after course commencement because a student becomes ill and a Doctor decides that the student must go back to the home country.	Refund of 50% of unused tuition fees.
Cancels after course commencement because a student is accepted in a further education provider such as Universities (No other English Schools or English Courses).	Refund of 50% of unused tuition fees.
Cancels after course commencement without the reasons mentioned above.	No refund
Cancels homestay less than 21 day in advance.	Refund of unused homestay fees.

* The enrolment fee is not refundable and is pail only once.

* Refund of fees paid to registered agents is dependant on the agent.

* Homestay placement fee is not refundable if cancellation in less than 21 day in advance

* Homestay fees are paid 2 -weeks in advance (to the homestay families)

* Cancellation of homestay after commencement requires 4 weeks notice.

* If a student takes a holiday of 2 weeks or more they forfeit their rights to any refunds

* Applications for refund must be received by Human International Academy in writing including evidence (e.g. Medical certificates or letter from DIMIA rejecting student VISA application), addressed to Shido Noai, Human International Academy, info@human.qld.edu.au.

* Refunds will be processed within four week.

* If you enrolled through an education agent, the fees will be refunded to that agent.

* Provider default is covered by the provisions of the ESOS Act 2000 and the ESOS Regulations 2001.

* This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws and that dispute resolution processes do not circumscribe the student’s right to pursue other legal remedies.

* Personal information provided by you in your application form may be made available to Australian Government, designated authorities, the Tuition Assurance Scheme and? the ESOS Assurance Fund Manager of the ESOS Assurance Fund, pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code 2007.
